Building Usage & Announcement Form
Please complete this form to submit an event and/or an announcement for review and finalization by the church office.
Submission deadline Policy: All submissions are due 2 weeks prior to initial bulletin/slide announcement publication, and at least 4 weeks prior to the date of the event. Please allow for additional time if significant portions of the building are needed.

We are called to be good stewards of our property, building, and grounds. If you see anything that needs to be fixed or broken, please help our Trustees of the Church Board by completing this form.
BENEVOLENCE REQUEST FORM
We are praying for you during this time of need. All requests go to the Benevolence Committee and are presented to the Church Board. Approval may take up to 4-8 weeks.
